Welcome to the religious education registration page! We are so glad that you are being intentional about educating your child(ren) in our beautiful Catholic faith. Thank you! We look forward to accompanying your child(ren) this year as they grow in love of our Lord and His Church.

We will be providing in-person instruction for the 2022-2023 school year, following whatever health and safety archdiocesan, local, and/or state guidelines are currently in force at the time of class. Classes will begin September 20, 2022 and end May 17, 2023. Levels K-5 will meet Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30, and Confirmation levels 1-3 (grades 6-8) will meet Tuesdays, 6:30-8:10.

All children grades K-8 who are in public school, a non-Catholic private school, or are homeschooled, should register for religious education by filling out the registration form below. You will have the option of paying now or later, by credit card or check.

Catholic school students who are in grade 2 or grade 8 should plan to be part of the First Reconciliation/First Communion or Confirmation programs. Register below and select the appropriate option; the weekly classes are highly recommended but not required for Catholic school students in sacrament levels.

Registration Fees
The fees for religious education cover the materials, technology used, and other supplies.
- One child = $45
- Two children = $80
- Three or more children = $110
Late fee of $15 per family begins August 15.

Payment options:
- Pay by credit card when registering
- Pay by check sent to parish office after registering; make check out to "St. Edward the Confessor Parish" and send to attention of "religious education fees": 16304 Pond Meadow Lane, Bowie, MD 20716
- Pay by credit card after registering - go to the Donate section of the parish website and select "religious education fees" in the drop-box menu of "where would you like your donation to be applied?"
